I was away for 2 days and tried out a new light and now the ladies have become like this lol my question is should I throw them away now or send them into bloom :)
It's a very particular question, it depends of your grow space. What I would do, remove the first node with the first real leaves, supercrop it at the height of the second node, leaving it horizontal, grow two more weeks and flip to flowering.
I had similar happen. Well in bad light adjustment causing too long nodes. I topped let recover then bent the stem over and then continued adjusting branches. I’m happy with the progress considering. I wouldn’t trash it
Could just do an aggressive topping and let it re veg out. or just bend it down with some HST.
I don't think you need to restart just support it going into bloom from a streched main stalk or top it and let it regrow under normal lighting.
