Looking overwatered and lack of aeration in medium. Normally you want some perlite to help prevent compacting and waterlogging. I found when I grow in pure coir its to wet and need perlite. Without it it holds onto to much water and hurts the roots, this is especially true of younger plants with out a developed root system in the pot. Limp Leaves + Stiff Stems = Overwatered Limp Leaves + Limp Stems = Underwatered Some will say coir can not be overwatered but I disagree based on personal experience. Good Luck!
