The speckled area could be bug damage. Can’t say for sure what it is, but on top picture, middle leaf, what’s the black thing on the leaf in the vein? Could be bug? I’d give it a check

purple leaf stems are often from genetic expression especially with the amount of inbreeding they do with seeds these days .
leaf spots may be from thrips
