Plain water, which stage of bud to do that nutrient free watering

Hi,on week6 flip and the strain are fast i think she will be done faster than my typical growing It in small pot 5liter and veg for 7 week. Maybe the root was limited and done fast or it only from pheno? Anyway when to stop feed with bud look? When All hairs recessed back? TIA.
