Looking at the bottom picture/ bottom leaf, it looks most similar to calcium deficiency. Basing that on the spots and rust color. That deficiency and others can be caused by ph issues. Ph can cause a variety of symptoms so hard to say. If it was me I’d add calcium to my water, ph it between 6.2 and 6.5 and see how she responds. I’ll put an article here for you which is really helpful and can go into detail way better than I can
