I'm nearing the end on week 7 and about 45% of my pistils have turned brown/orange but I'm having trouble reading the trichromes? Can anyone tell me if they're cloudy or clear?

You still got about 3 weeks left.
Once there are about 95-98% brown pistils you will be in the harvest window.
If you are unsure, ask this question again in about 2 weeks.

When about 80 percent of the pistils turn brown you are nearing the end of bulking. No need to look this soon. Aquire a jeweler's loupe for a few bucks. It will greatly help you look at trichromes better.
