If your desperate to try and save them you could try a method I used before,I was able to save 1 of 3 ladies using a tree transplant technique if the roots aren’t rotten, Get them out of the container and wash the soil they’re currently sitting in out,if the roots are still good put them in some new proper soil and cut the plans back to the first 2 nodes you think that could survive, everything above has to go..by removing the upper growth your roots have to work less hard to repair and support leaves and have more energy to recover from any damage done to the roots I tried this method on 3 girls who where pulled from their pot and had only a coco jiffy left,al other roots where ripped of,ended up saving 1,still better than a total loss imo Happy growing

This is a watering issue. It's either been too wet for too long. Not necessarily root rot yet. More the plant is drowning. Or it has gotten way too dry especially if it is outside grown like it looks, and if it is getting really dry and or hot where you are. That plant can process a few liters a day easily.

If the soil is saturated and wet then yes I agree root rot and this play will not recover. If the soil is bone dry, it needs water asap and lots of it. can try spraying the leaves and watering the base, but only spray leaves in a covered air no direct sun or it will burn and make this much worse. You can try an emergency repot but its likely to late if it is root rot. washing roots in peroxide could also help but all depends on how damaged it is. Another option to save this plant is to take a lot of cuttings/clones from it, toss em all in a jar of water and tie that up in a bag so RH is aorund 99%. Allow them to get re-hydrated an keep it in the shade. once they re-hydrated open the bag once a day to give fresh air and wait for root nodes to develop on the trunks. aorund 1-2 weeks. they look like little warts. once the nodes are present, plant in better soil with no pathogens, might need a small humidly done till roots form but once roots form remove the dome. Its also a good idea to change the water they sit in once every few days when they making root nodes on the trunks. Good Luck!
