Implementing infrared lighting. What’s everyone’s favorite method. I’m in deep flower looking to do 10 -10-10 method thoughts?

indoors I find it is not needed as much.
A lot of lights uses to push a lot of IR/FR lights on their boards and are now stepping that back.
If I can I will not use it. I don't want them stretching any more then they already do indoor. outdoors the sun gives em everything and it works well for em.
