Any idea on what this could be ? I put it in a new tent with a 480w about 18 inches away on 50% . Is this too much ?

You need to get your VPD in order.
go to vpdchart (dot com) and input your grow conditions. The RH, temp, and leaf temp (you will need a laser thermometer or just drop 2-3 degrees from the tent and use that)
