Plant has dry ,gray/brown spotted leaves.

Hello everyone, I’m a first time grower and this is what my plant looks like. I cannot figure what’s wrong. I’ve been feeding it Calmag and Grow from Biobizz since last week. The „soil“ is coco and pearlite. Did I give it too many nutrients? Is she overwatered?
