Best to reverse one plant to pollinate another. vs reversing a plant and pollinating itself. Spray it when you flip to flower if just one plant, and only spray one branch or part of the plant. If you have multiple plants, start the pollen donor 2 weeks after the main ones who will make the seeds if growing by seed. The plant can be small, it will only make pollen and a little goes a long way. Then when the others are already well into flower 3+weeks and onward, they will have more buds to pollinate and produce seeds. Also good to keep it in a separate tent till your ready to pollinate. Wash everything after as pollen will get everywhere and can pregnant others. CS you need to spay multiple times a day if solution is weak. once a day is strong. STS its once every few days or once a week. I think. I've only ever used CS and mine was a weak solution of 10ppm, I sprayed 4 times a day till I saw male sacks forming then I stopped. After sacks formed and matured I used their pollen to make fem seed and let it ripen on the plant for 4-6 weeks. the longer the better, had high germination rate on them seeds after when testing them. I did a cross of the same strain.
