As far as I know, the trunks become woody after a few weeks. I think it's normal, but I'm not a professional, I'm a beginner. It looks similar to me, just not quite as strong

If you mean the main stem (tribe???), then these are normal.
Roots will grow from those white dots if the main stem becomes buried for whatever reason.

You talking about the speckles on the stalk? Totally normal. Eventually, if you allow the plant to veg long enough, it will actually grow a thin bark over your main stalk.
