What is this discolouration?

This is showing in 1 of the 14 plants and only on the bottom leaves

It could be a minor pH fluctuation or maybe it needs a little extra calcium compared to the others. If your runoff pH is in range I probably wouldn't worry about it if it's only affecting the 1.

your substrate might be too wet, how does the whole plant look? how is the light?
