Is this even weed or did NASC mess up

I purchased the 10$ HSC phenohunter 3 pack junior mints for fun to see if the NASC cheap packs of HSC are any good, it's been a week and I've never ever had a seedling that looks like this, like where are the true leaves? About 7 days old and I don't see any new nodes or leaves

Many dicots look the same initially... i can't see the growth tip. After a week there should be another set of leaves at the least...
A seedling in a very large pot might be driving the taproot down before it works on leavess. but this is a bit odd.
if they only sell marijuana seed, it'd be nearly impossible to send you seeds of a different plant.

Crap.
They should be showing their first pair of true leaves 2-3 days after sprouting.
The 10 dollar price tag might be an indication of the actual quality.
