What do you think? What could these discolorations mean? The plant is actually growing well but has recently started getting these yellow spots. I don't think it's pests. Or maybe spider mites after all?

It appears to be either the very early signs of calcium deficiency or small bug bites. It’s really hard to tell at the moment.
If you are using a calcium product increase it by 10-20%. Of if you have not use a calcium product I suggest start using one.
If you cannot find any bugs anywhere on the plant then it is likely calcium.
