Springtail or Fungus gnats? Help!

Its almost harvest time and again new problem. Or not? Guys I cant identify what bugs or worms are crawling in my coco soil. They are white, small ( i thought it was white fungus) and round. They are larvae i think and I cant tell do they jump or not. Appreciate every help!
