Springtail or Fungus gnats? Help!

Its almost harvest time and again new problem. Or not?
Guys I cant identify what bugs or worms are crawling in my coco soil. They are white, small ( i thought it was white fungus) and round. They are larvae i think and I cant tell do they jump or not.

They look like a mite, likely a soil mite, You can try a broad spectrum miticide. "Pyrethrins" or any insecticide. One pic it looks to have little tail like aphids but they don't frequent the soil.
