Week 9 of veg and showing sign of herm. Just wanted to make sure 100 percent that's the case. If so can I just cut off this branch?

Not male parts, not hermie, just droopy older (female) pre flowers. If it were a hermie, cutting off the branch would not solve anything, the plants genetics control this and it would be a hermie throughout the entire plant.
