EC or "electrical conductivity" is just a measurement of how easily a electrical current can travel in a liquid. it measures the resistance of it in the solution. Its normally used to measured dissolved salts/solids and sometimes called a PPM pen, however it is not truly PPM. all PPM pens are using a conversion rate of EC to PPM. so 1EC is always 1EC no matter the device.
EC is easy to lower or raise it, You just add more water to dilute the dissolved salts, lowering its EC, or add more salts and concentrate, raising its EC.
Your plants are looking fine though and I don't think you need to worry much about it. I don't see signs of burning or anything.

After reading what happened in your diary, I wouldn't worry too much about it. One high dose feeding shouldn't dramatically impact your plants, just give a feeding or two of plain water. Your leaves are a bit dark so you may consider lowering the concentration of your regular feed schedule though once you resume feedings.

If you are talking about the EC in your nutrient mix then simply dilute it down with more water.
If you are talking about getting the EV down in your run off out of your pot, there are two ways to do this. 1) Start feeding a lower EC solution and feed enough to have 20% run off. This will flush out your excess nutrients in the soil while still feeding your plant. 2) Water with straight pH balanced water at a rate of 1 gallon per gallon of your container. This will flush any salt build up in your soil. (This is usually only done if you are experiencing issues with your plant)
I usually only use the first option when I see my EC start to creep up in my run off.

If you prepared feeding solution but EC is too high, dilute it with water containing Calcium-Magnesium.
