In reference to your previous question, yes you can pluck the off, it won't damage the plant.
Your plant has "hermied", that is not a "cracked calyx" but a calyx with a single male flower growing out of it.
It has opened and shed its pollen already, so chances are high that you will find some seeds at harvest maturity.
The size of the seeds will depend on how early they pollinated the plant and could vary from tiny to fully formed.
Either way, you should continue with the plant, but you will need to inspect it very closely and daily for any new emerging male flowers and pluck them off to prevent even more pollination occurring, as once it starts herming, the plant will continue herming.
Remember too, any mature seeds you find after harvest will be useless for growing, as they will have dominant genes for being hermies themselves and they will in no way be "feminized" or safe to use, unless you are interested in breeding a line of hermie plants.
If you go to week 7 in my diary "cannabis conundrums", I have posted some pictures of hermie flowers before they open and these pictures might give you an idea of what to look out for on your plant.
You are not doomed, but you will have to be hyper vigilant!
