did it start at bottom and creep upward? if so, nitrogen deficiency. This is far too late to decide to react to it. when you see someththgn start to progress, you need to reference a leaf symptom chart and deduec what it is sooner or come ask a grow question sooner.
symptoms are not 1:1 related to a cause. More than one cause can resslt in the same symptoms. How it progresses as well as some other ways of cross-referencing is needed to eliminate other possibilities.
starting at bottom indicates a mobile nutrient, and that helps a lot.. seems to be the case here. Advanced n-deficiency does eventually cause necrotic spots, again should occur lower on plant first then creep upward. The paling starts at tips and moves inward on leaves... unlike interveinal chlorosis.
