Hello ,does the white netting in the jiffy cocopeat (i am assuming it's cocopeat i don't know for sure ) need to be removed so the roots can grow downward and towards the water ? (Hydroponics ) Is this hydroponics or am I confused ,the white netting is strong

The roots will poke through. Are you sure that's coco based? A lot of starter pucks are peat. I like Rapid Rooters for hydro myself.

The netting is designed so the Roots will penetrate it, leave it on.

I used the same Jiffy Pellets and didn't remove the netting. I'm pretty sure the roots will easily grow through the netting later on. After 3 - 4 days you should the the tap root growing through the bottom. Note that the netting is not biodegradable

is ur roottip sticking out the ground? should fix that asap if my eyes dont got me wrong. The net looks like a container to keep the cocopeat in space, dont think it can harm the plant in any way, but i would remove asap. Im not familiar with this but by simple logic the net will stop your roots from growing once you transplant them.
