Hello , follow up questions is does fungicide also kill algae ? Does the container for hydroponics always have to be shut to avoid algae growth due to the light or are the bubbles enough to prevent algae formation Instead of using fungicide if i use mycorrhiza will that work

Yes you need to keep your reservoir closed. Not only does the light grow stuff like algae but prolonged light exposure will damage your roots. They can even start to green up and photosynthesize, and when that happens they can't absorb stuff snymore. Instead of treating it with different products, just clean it periodically-that should be enough.

Mycorrhizae are a fungus that live on plant roots that help absorb organic nutrients in soil mixes. They will not prevent or cure algae problems in a hydro reservoir. Darkness will.
