Yes.
Proper flowering will commence in 2-3 weeks, it is not flowering yet, only showing you the plants' sex.
You probably still have another 8-12 weeks to go, never believe the advertising!

That is a pre flower pistol from a female plant. When plants reach maturity they begin to express these pistols. In Photoperiod plants it’s means they are ready to begin flowering. In autos it means they will start to flower soon.
Nothing to worry about.

That appears to be a small little pistil indicating it is female.
Plants show these when they are sexually mature and ready to enter flower "photoperiods". Or when they are in flower "autoflowers".
Nothing to worry about just note its time to get ready for the 2nd half of its life.

Looks like a preflower. Not uncommon at all to be seeing them by week 4 in an auto.
