I don't think you're as behind as you think. I probably would have considered those week1 pictures as the end of your germination period. Plant looks healthy. It should start transitioning soon.

Kann schon sein das Mal eine autoflower etwas länger Brauch hatte auch eine die 6 Wochen gebraucht hat. würde noch ne Woche warten und dann auf 12 Stunden Licht und 12 Dunkelheit switchen wenn es immer noch keine Anzeichen auf blüten gibt
