I don't think you're as behind as you think. I probably would have considered those week1 pictures as the end of your germination period. Plant looks healthy. It should start transitioning soon.

It could be that an autoflower takes a bit longer; I had one that took 6 weeks. I would wait another week and then switch to 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness if there are still no signs of flowering.
