My advice :
1. Avoid all who call you bro.
My view on your question ;
Its last burst of plant to try and get polinated, generally second wave of bulking, you should be close to harvest .
But from my own mistakes , i can share this :
Avoid nitrogen and too intense light, those spots can become future foxtails. If not growers mistake, some bad genetics can go foxy even if you do all right, avoid heat too.

It's popping new calyxes, aka bulking. Not all buds are picture perfect during this but that's not necessarily foxtailing either. Some buds will get knobby horns, I saw one the other day that had a crown of horns like Darth Maul lol.

No foxtailing there you are fine. Keep it going.
Foxtailing is if the light is too close. Don't know your distance but it looks fine.
Also try to keep a journal.
