https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/calcium-deficiency Calcium and heat or too intense light has obvious relationship. Sometimes PRO growers dont see simple mistakes, they just don't do them anymore and they search for other issues. Genetics is first to blame. Organoman is one of most educated and experienced growers here, but he is a PRO too ;))) Have a read.

Looks like overwatering plus poor drainage. Seedlings absorb lots of water through leaves and cotyledons. They need airy soil for root development. keep humidity high at around 70%, you can put a plastic cup or something over the seedling, to keep humidity in there. Don't water for at least few days unless the soil is completely dry about inch deep.

It all starts with the roots, especially when it's a seedling. Struggling roots will reflect above ground soon enough. Your soil looks like it could get a little too dense to me, especially a few inches down after it's watered a couple times. Perlite is a great additive that provides aeration and promotes good drainage.

Nothing to do with temps or humidity......most likely poor genetics. Plant is too you to be showing signs of any deficiencies........unless pH is extremely out of whack. No need to water daily just because you feel the need to "do something". Water once, properly, then wait until the top inch or so has dried out, before watering again. Quite often the first few leaves will be "weird" for no reason, while the plant is still working out what life is all about. 18/6 is optimal....

Light intensity, low humidity, wrong ph and soil too heavy, dont drain water well, could be overwatering. Thats how it looks to me. Thats calcium rusty spots. Heat, light too strong, overwatering , wrong ph - all could lead to calcium issues. I did grows in soil indoors with 0 calmag or nutes, but i grew in branded soil, yours is missing perlite, so i guess your own mix is used. Raise or dim lights, put daily wet fat bath towel into grow area ( i used cloth hanger, just wash in machine every few days, for mold prevention ), that will help with humidity. If you want, you can add 0.5 ml/L of calmag to next watering. All should sort out.

Your girl looks a little bit backwards in her growth. 70% of H it's ok if your T is around 20-25 °C, so I don't think is an env problem. My guess here is that can be a genetic question, so nothing to do about... You can try to place another seed in the same pot (or in another one) and evaluate what to do in 2-3 weeks. If she continues to perform bad you can eliminate her and take the other. Another thing: I would take the light 18-6 not 20-4. Good luck !
