Brown Spots on lower leaves (also some white but white looks more like paint particles not sure though )

Hello , I have got these weird brownish spots on the lower leaves of my plants i have added photos , also what sex is my plant ? Is this a calcium defiency or is it over watering or is it some sort of parasite?(particular feature ,its there only on the lower leaves )

Too early to tell the sex of the plant. I don't think it is a calcium deficiency, just some random "blemishes" that occur quite often on the first sets of leaves for no real reason. Needs to go into a bigger pot asap though.
