I had this plant in veg for a long time now and it’s in week 3 flower now. Is it supposed to look like this or did I do something wrong? Someone please help me.

Veg time does not affect flowering (within reason).
Some plants take 3 weeks or more to finally start flowering after going to 12/12.
Over fertilization, as in this plant (super dark green leaves) can delay flowering signifigantly too.

Your plant is just transitioning. It generally takes about 2 weeks after initiating 12/12 for signs of flowering to really begin. I personally don't even begin counting flower weeks until after the transition. I would call this your first week of flower not your 3rd. Not saying either way is right or wrong, but it does give a 2 week shift on perspective.

Look like what? A healthy cannabis plant?
Can't see anything wrong except that some of your leafs got a burn but it looks fine.
So no worries.
