Always produce drain while using organic fertilizer?

I think I made a big mistake in this very first grow, so here is the question: Should I always water enough to produce some drain? Even when using organic fertilizer? Until now I did not have a single drain in the whole grow as I water ~10-15% of the pot volume.

I grow all organic in a living soil bed. No drain, never. When I used fabric pots I tried to avoid drain in General. Keep it moist. Just make sure to have a good amount of material for airation such as pumice, vermiculite or perlite in your soil.

Nutrient burn or light damage?Burnt tips appeared around week 3. I think the bio tabs are a bit too hot for this plant. The plant is growing at a good rate so I don't think a lockout is occurring. Burnt looking seedling What's going on with my #2 seedling? I thought it could be light burn and raised my light by 4" but the odd coloration on the tips has gotten worse 18hr later. It also doesn't seem to be drinking whats in the coco yet so I'm cautious about feeding.

Spots on leaves after giving water without nutrients I fed my plants last week. I have an intake fan blowing cold, humid air from outside into my tent and my plants are only drinking once a week. I gave pure water yesterday Ph'd to 6.3 which is same as 3 past feedings. I didn't give enough water for runoff. What do I do now?

Yellow Tips Hey all anyone knows what this can be? She had trips and I put to much neemoil on the leaves that's why she looks like this with the leaves. But since last week the tips from the top started to get yellow. I didn't use nutes till now and I dimmed the light to 60% / 70cm distance.

Light green leaves in color and burnt tips. Some leaves have brown spots.Hi guys, can you please help me diagnose the issue. The plants are in BioBizz All-Mix soil. Treated with Bio Grow, Bio Bloom and Top Max from BioBizz. Also BioBizz Cal-Mag in the past week and 1ml of B52 (twice). A week ago I flushed and initially they were looking good.

Terminal diagnosis Looks like the grow will be a bust. Plant is close to death after dealing with deficiencies. I fixed some with calmag. Ph is acceptable. Moved the light up incase it was light burn. After a few days, it is still progressing. Botom leaves show overwatering. Top leaves are burn
