First, I only have a few grows in coco under my belt, others will likely have better advice.
The trichomes are young and still developing/growing in those photos. You may want to get another photo on the flowers if possible. Photos on the leaves are not really useful to determine maturity.
The pistils are mostly white and have not retracted/dried. If you were not in week 14, I would say you have several weeks before checking again.....
If understand, you are in week 14, coco grow with a Fastbud strain that is estimated to take 10 weeks?
Something is a bit off...hoping more experienced coco growers can also chime in,
Thinking too much nitrogen in flower. Experienced a similar issue with my first grow, late to switch to preflower and then flower schedule - and did not flush between. Plants had a huge stretch where I ran out of space and had to supercrop.
You may want to add another question on buds not fattening?
