For the extra energy costs it wouldn’t be worth letting it go any longer and based off the leaves I’d say she’s ready to chop

You could go to 16/8 and that willl trigger the plant to hurry up and finish, this will stop the re-flowerings (new pistils).
Wouldn't leave them much longer though, some of them seem to be close to dying.

It could be bulking a little still or it might be trying to foxtail. Some flowers can get a little more knobby at times. I dunno if I'd delay chopping much over them though, trust how the trichomes look on the bulk of your harvest.
