I use General Hydroponics Flora Trio both indoor and outdoor and I've always been pleased with the results. Overall though, at their base all nutrient lines are essentially the same thing if you follow the ratios. I wouldn't think you'd get a dramatic difference all other things being the same. Consider some of your other factors like soil quality and drainage. If your soil is preloaded, you might wanna hold off on feeding until flower- too much ISN'T a good thing. Also healthy roots make healthy plants, encourage good drainage- I like perlite.
