Well, it kind of depends on whether you urgently need some stuff or if you're more interested in the grow itself. Most cannabis seeds that we can buy are overbred and can show mutations, which also means that the plants always carry the risk of hermaphroditism. Interesting seeds can be obtained through self-pollination, but having the entire harvest go to seed is rather not cool. I personally find it incredibly interesting, especially to observe potential mutations in form, color, taste, and effect. Maybe a "new" strain will form this way. However, if I want to focus on maximum yield and at the same time live in Germany and am limited to a maximum of three plants, which I then have to grow with a few months apart to not exceed my 50g of dried plant material, then the risk of crop failure would be too high for me. My personal opinion is to always let them grow; as long as they’re not flowering, it’s a legal gray area. "Female flowering" means a plant that will flower female or a plant that is flowering female, that needs to be clarified by lawyers. In any case, always make some hash from the harvest, then we can also manage with 50 grams after the harvest. Best regards

It should survive since it's just a cotyledon. The central leaves are fine, it should live and surely come out stronger than the others.
