help reading EC with Apera pc60 meter

im trying to use EC instead of PPM my Apera PC60 reads PH,Conductivity,TDS and salinity. My issue is my conductivity measures at 866 but i read best EC is 1.2 to 2.1 how do i convert 866 with what should be 1.2 to 2.1 (how to read my EC/conductivity) hope you understand
