CalMag Deficiency?

Experiencing yellow/orange spots on cannabis leaves, added CalMag with positive response. Using filtered tap water (pH 7.5) on sphagum/vermiculite soil (pH 5.6), achieving pH balance around 6.4-6.8. Any further suggestions or insights?
