what is the problem?

Maybe, have you given them any calcium in their feeds? I don't know much about biotabs but I feel they need top ups like dryamendments. Soil can sometimes have enough in it, but its not always in a form that available to plants. Might need a supplement their Ca intake. Good Luck!
