When to defoliate in Flower?

When readings say defoliate after 21 days - is that from flipping to 12/12 or until you notice the plant has gone into flower?

Hi. Die Blütezeit beginnt erst mit den ersten Anzeichen der Blüte. Wenn man auf 12/12 stellt, schüttet die Pflanze lediglich die Hormone aus, die dafür sorgen das die Pflanze in die Blüte geht. Aber bei 21 Tagen nach 12/12 machst du nichts falsch.
