In short, NO, do not take off any leaves, your plants need them and they are not that big and overcrowded that it would solve any problems. Defoliating is a tool used when a plant is to big and runs the risk of budrot in end flower from lack of airflow because its to dense. Your plants are fine, Leave them be. Good Luck!
