Basic mistake : planted with not enough soil, roll down pot like sock, open more air ! Feeding mistake : plant on verge of Nitrogen toxicity, that can block calcium , could be one of reasons why you have those rusty spots Air and humidity mistake : plant shows tacoing of leaf, sort humidity , temps and maybe light distance.
