From forty years of experience, this is my exact preferred harvest maturity/ripeness level and I would have no hesitation recommending that you harvvest now......you will be very happy!

The trichomes still look very clear in the one picture if that's the main bud. Then I would wait until the trichomes are milky and slightly brown for more of a stoned effect. You can harvest them like this too, then you'll get more of a high. I waited 2-4 days and then harvested. I would let them dry out; it could even be that they get a bit more resin in the last days. And the risk of mold decreases.

Hey, how's it going? It definitely looks very final. If you want, you can wait another week. It's hard to say without a microscope. You can't really tell if the trichomes are already turning amber or not. You can also wait until the leaves become "autumn-like." Then the plant has reached its full potential.
