Hello Growmies! Since I suspect that I watered too little but too often during my first run, I want to do it right this time and came across a formula of 1/3 water. So can I work with 5 liters of water starting next week (nutrient addition)?

Hey, how's it going? I give about 500ml of water every 2-3 days until around week 4/5. If that's too little, you can always add more. Once the plant is a good size, I give 10-15% of the pot volume every 2-3 days. ⅓ of the pot volume is too much for soil. If the soil is too wet, it can negatively affect growth and also cause root problems.

in coco you can water as many times a day as you want, just colect run off, dont let them stand in it. in soil you have to have wet/dry cycle, run off is needed to saturated pot well. target watering every 3-5 days for optimal cycle if pots are big, with smaller ones just lift them to know when they are light and its time to water again ...
