Why are my plants droopy? First time coco grow

Hello,
this could also be the stress from the transplant. Watering a lot after transplant was correct. Transplant is one of the most stressfull thing you can do so she is in shock.
I don't see the sign for overwatering in your leafs yet maybe a tiny little bit. The leafs of your plant should look more thick and saturated.
