Little black bugs on cuttings leaves

What are these little black bugs on my cuttings ? They keep appearing everywhere and seem to damage the leaves. I keep seeing more and more of them. How can I get rid of them safely without damaging the plants? Thanks

Es können auch thripse oder sowas sein ja. Frage ist wie groß ist die pest und wievielte woche der blüte ? Weil bis vor woche 3 kannst du noch einiges spritzen oder andere dinge einsetzen wie z.b. neem. Notfalls versuchen genau das Vieh zu identifizieren. Raubmilben sind vllt auch ne Idee aber das hängt alles auch davon ab wie weit du bist wie groß die Pest usw. Gruß

Hard to tell from pics but almost like an immature thrip.
A pest of some sort for sure. what one IDK, with out more details its a guessing game.
Take more pics of the damaged leaves and the pests with a magnifying glass or equivalent.
