Little black bugs on cuttings leaves

What are these little black bugs on my cuttings ? They keep appearing everywhere and seem to damage the leaves. I keep seeing more and more of them. How can I get rid of them safely without damaging the plants? Thanks

It could also be thrips or something like that, yeah. The question is how big is the pest and what week of flowering are you in? Because until week 3, you can still spray quite a bit or use other things like neem. If necessary, try to identify exactly what the pest is. Predatory mites might also be an idea, but it all depends on how far along you are, how big the pest is, etc. Cheers!

Look a bit like fungus gnats to me, and not at all like aphids.
