Just stop all nutrients/fertilizers/supplements for the last 10-14 days before harvest and give only plain water in normal amounts and at normal intervals and let the plant "flush" itself naturally. This is all that is needed. There is no need to "flush" the pots with gallons of water, this does nothing.........except cause over saturated flowers that then can become prone to mould when drying. Over the last forty years I have tried many, many "techniques" for pre-harvest treatments , including "rinsing the pot", not stopping fertilizers and all sorts of products put out by the various fertilizers companies. Pot rinsing just causes hyper plumped up with water buds that then are hard to dry. No treatment at all and fertilizers right to the end...this causes funny/awful taste and poor combustion. Multitude of commercial products designed to clean your buds.........all are a waste of money. Stopping fertilizers and giving only plain water for the last 10-14 days........this produces the best results when it comes to consumption and the drying process. Also, in my opinion, dry trimming is better than wet trimming........the flowers dry better with the leaves left on.

No Do a soft flush..(last 5-7 days no Nutrients just water) The plant will take out what it needs from the sub, any slight N needed will be taken from fan leaves. I'd only rec a hard flush if you gonna be stopping nutes if an issue pops up & needs harvest.

hello bro and have a good growing . as someone that did flushing with different methods like tap water - 2 different flushing nutrients( advanced nutrients flawless finish - General hydroponics florakleen) multiple times in multiple grows, also did some research about flushing i say to you brother: There was not a god damn difference !!!!!!! you can see for yourself just cut some of buds before flushing and test it with the buds with flushing, no difference. The drying stage is completely different and really has effects on aromas and taste but flushing do nothing bro. | but if you did overfeeding with salt based nutrients and made so many salt built-up in your soil then that can help to remove excess nutrients that do nothing but hurting the roots. other wise if you feed them the right amount of nutrients no flushing needed at all. i recommend to feed to the last or just simply don't feed them anything at last week .
