Don't push hot air against the plants. Point the fan across the grow from below towards the light to push the hot air up. Check that you have a good intake of fresh air down and an exhaust fan up.
I'm guessing poor drainage... poor lighting or both. Make 3 or 4 holes in the bottom of the pot.
Before watering wait for soil to dry at least 2 inches down. If still wet after 2 days check drainage and soil mixture, use perlite or something similar (vermiculite, sepiolite, etc...) to allow water flow.
Make sure all soil gets wet when watering and pot has good drainage.
I use to add 10% of volume. For a 7L pot I add 700ml, 10L pot gets 1L of water every time.
Older and bigger plants just require watering more often but same amount.
I think they can accept more light intensity and maybe a little bit of Nitrogen and Potassium.
