I only use outtake-fans, they will automatically pull the air in. Intake and outtake imo is not worth unless you want to controll a area by the size of a whole room. Put Your outtake up high in the tent and intake spots very low and you will have perfect airflow. You can also test it, just put your outtake on highest level and compare its airflow-pressure on the outtake and intake spots, will be same.

Open partially tent door or open 2 openings on the bottom of the tent for passive air circulation. Such small plants will do just fine even if relative humidity is higher than recommended.

one of my first grows in a tent was completely without a fan. the plant developed well and there were no problems. of course it is better with a fan, but it also works without one. if you switch off the fan at night, it should not be a problem.

Get a small fan inside the tent to move air around. If you have an exhaust fan, you can use this and turn the intake fan off. Your plants are pretty small so you might get away with opening the holes to the tent where the exhaust and the intake would open from.
