I don't really like defoliating, they should fall off on their own. It looks good, it has consumed all the resources from the soil and now it's in its final stage consuming its own resources.

Two options. 1) You can take a few of the inner leafs off that are not getting light. This will also increase airflow throughout your plant. 2) Take the bigger fan leafs off to expose the inner nodes and leaf to develops them more and also increase the airflows to the plant. Either way would be fine.
