So it's not male, you can see the little hairs that usually catch the pollen, so everything's great.
It's not an auto either, right? If it is, then it does whatever it wants.
If it's a photoperiod strain, then it might just take a bit longer. No plant is the same, not even two seeds from the same strain. So it might just need more time. It also looks like the plant is stretching right now. It could be that the first flowers will come next week. If not, turn your light to 12/12; it might be that the strain doesn't like 14 hours, but wait another week before changing anything.
I just checked: the flowering lasts 9-10 weeks (according to the info), so I think the flowers will come soon.
