Yellow tips at bud-leafs

cut nitrogen totally, they have more than enough, you see symptoms of toxicity. buds can develop very small and be harsh and not tasty to smoke. neem oil dont do anything in watering and in flower you even cant spray it, its not helping with feeding in any way .. be wise, less is more in growing ! thats golden rule ! overfeeding will bring smaller results vs even underfeeding. not far till harvest, so not a lot will change, but for future try to be more reasonable ;) have fun !

I guess that should be normal while the plant is coming to an end. I‘m wondering why your other leafs are still Green. But maybe u should wait until another more experienced grower will tell u his opino
