Yellow tips at bud-leafs

cut nitrogen totally, they have more than enough, you see symptoms of toxicity. buds can develop very small and be harsh and not tasty to smoke. neem oil dont do anything in watering and in flower you even cant spray it, its not helping with feeding in any way .. be wise, less is more in growing ! thats golden rule ! overfeeding will bring smaller results vs even underfeeding. not far till harvest, so not a lot will change, but for future try to be more reasonable ;) have fun !

Its really not that bad and quite mild. Just lower your feeds and continue on track as you where. The leaves are quite rich and dark green meaning its like to much N. If this is amendments change up the ratios of feeds so the NPK is a bit less N, if this is liquid feeds, get a bit of runoff with each feed as their just might be a buildup. Worse case its not a photo pretty but I don't foresee this causing any issues if you nipped the issue in the butt. If you keep over feeding it will mean diminished yields as the leaves are dying and not regrowing and the plants needs leaves to make energy and grow. Good Luck!

I guess that should be normal while the plant is coming to an end. I‘m wondering why your other leafs are still Green. But maybe u should wait until another more experienced grower will tell u his opino
