Hi guys,
i've finshed to harvest Delicious cookie by Delicious seed, after 8 days of drying now the buds are in a jar with 60/61% humidity, burping 2 two times (day and night) for day. It' all ok? Something wrong?

Sounds like everything is fine. If you feel the RH is a bit high, remove all the bud from the container and let it sit in the open for about a half hour and then put it all back in the jars.
I recommend burping your containers for a minimum of 3 weeks. However some growers will continue burping for 6-8 weeks after the buds have been jarred.

As long as your humidity is stable you should be fine. If you're not already, also store your jars in a dark place-light will degrade the final product.
